Today my drink was hot so I didn?t notice until after I left since there was a long line. I amvery upset that I ended up paying for a drink I don?t like and didn?t order.
Update- 9/22/22- Went to Oakland location a bit ago to try again. Nope, same Indian lady working the window. I was barely able to get drink from her and she said bye and left my bag of food on the window sill of my car. Dunkin needs to fire this lady. Sheis rude as hell and cares more about getting you away from her window. 9/19/22: Still a hot mess. Freshly ordered/toastedsandwiches are mushy and gross. Manager is always rushing. You barely pull up to the window and your bag of food is being forcedat you before you can even stop. Both this and the new location on Greenbriar are horrible. The manager's at both have quite theattitude.

They became more expensive than Starbucks, specifically for expresso shots. Ever since they told me my drink was gonna cost almost $10...I haven't been back.
Used the drive thru and placed and order for a specific type of donut and they verified they had enough to fill my order. I pull up to the window and paid, then they came up and informed me they were short one donut. I then was asked 3 times if I would accept my order as is without a refund or substitute an another donut. While not a big deal, it speaks of customer service in America. Instead of making it right they wanted me to accept something less than I paid for. Never again!
