If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The customer service was terrible. The lack of cars in the parking lot or drive-thru should have been a red flag. We walked inside to get some ice cream, but no one acknowledged us. The cashier finally came out, but didn't even apologize, just gave us a blank stare. We decided to leave. This was not the first time we had a negative experience there, and we had hoped to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. Despite being a new location, it was poorly managed.

At around 4pm, there were three employees working at the restaurant, but only helping with the drive-thru. I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes without being able to place an order. Eventually, I left without ordering. The staff at this restaurant needs more assistance or better training to improve efficiency.

One constructive criticism is that some employees could use more training in customer service as they seem immature. Additionally, the person who made the burger sandwich added salt to the burger despite my husband having high blood pressure and other heart problems. We only hope that the employees take their jobs seriously and follow in the footsteps of their excellent manager, Tina.

We waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes only to be greeted by a childish and unprofessional crew. We were referred to as "bruh" and "my kerl." The management and staff at this restaurant need to change how they interact with customers. The young employee at the window did nothing and seemed disinterested in helping us. We waited 20 minutes for our food, only to receive half-filled containers of old fries and a burger with dry, leathery meat. We also noticed that ten cars drove away because of the slow service. When we tried to ask for a refund, we found that the lobby doors were locked before closing time. It was not worth waiting in the drive-thru for a refund. Save your money and time by avoiding this place.

The young man who was taking and delivering orders at the drive-thru window was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when the chocolate ice cream machine was not working and there was a lot of customers. We really appreciated his great service.
