Burma Garden - Bloomington

It’s a lovely and peaceful restaurant set in a converted house. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. We ordered the fried fish cakes, salted fish and shrimp fried rice, and coconut chicken curry. The curry was one of the best dishes I've had in a while. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The servers are incredibly friendly and attentive. I've never had any problems with the taste or freshness of the food. However, there was one occasion when they mixed up my order and served me beef instead of chicken in my pho, which was inconvenient since I don't eat beef. When I returned, they were quick to provide me with a new bowl of pho without any issues. If everything goes smoothly on my next visit, I’ll gladly upgrade my rating to five stars.

This delightful restaurant features a charming atmosphere and wonderful staff, along with incredibly delicious food! The Chicken Satay appetizer is fantastic, and the Chicken Pho is exceptional! The Burmese Sweet Tea is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place!

The Curry Eggplant is delicious, a real unique dish. The sweet iced Burmese tea is also very good and rich (and different than I was expecting in a good way. It almost tasted of chocolate). I love the decorations in this place, and the staff was very friendly and service quick. They have a lot of interesting and varied vegetarian options.

Always a good meal. I could eat the paratha with yellow peas every day. I haven't had anything like it anywhere else. The service is also very good every time I go.
