I usually have a great experience with their carryout or curbside pickup; the food is excellent. However, their attention to detail could definitely be improved. I paid online for an Easter meal that cost $69.99, which my husband picked up. Once we got home, I noticed that the dinner rolls and cranberry relish were missing from the order. After including a tip, my total came to $86. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve this issue, but I've been on hold for 35 minutes with no response—so frustrating! All I want is a gift card, a coupon code, or something to make up for it.
I recently had an outstanding dining experience with some of the best service I’ve had in a long time! Kristine Page is an incredibly dedicated waitress—one of the hardest working I've encountered in quite a while. The manager is equally committed to ensuring every guest feels well taken care of. The food was prepared exactly to my liking, making for a wonderful way to start the day. I encourage everyone to take note of the great work these two do! I enjoy a delicious breakfast while they serve up a fantastic experience. Thank you!

That was a nice bob evans. it's still a lazy evans, but they did everything this morning. the service was spot on the food was properly prepared the place was clean, what more can you ask?
