Parkview Food & Pub - Bloomington

Solid food, decent prices, great service, this is the second time I've eaten here the lunch menu is very solid, a variety of burgers as well as quite a few other options. I've had their breakfast before too, decent stuff. Parking is a little rough. And some of the tables seem a little overtly political, which is not a great look for an eatery but do what you want. Graded as a restaurant by itself definitely worth the dollars.

Would recommend! Staff was nice and quick, and food was good, the horseshoe especially.

The waiter was good, pretty punctual and very polite, easy-going and respectful. We ate out on the patio. The mimosas were good! The food was good but, as with most restaurants, a bit greasy. It's a wonderful restaurant/ bar atmosphere for the whole family!

Food is good, service was sort of lacking. Took awhile to get the check, had to finally get up to get it because they were too busy talking to other workers. I gave it 4 stars mostly because of the memories of going there when I was a kid. The old Parkview and old staff was much better. The old building while it was run down was more inviting as well. I don't like the big open space it is now. I also miss the old mural that was painted on the wall in the main dining room.

Homemade food, great potato salad, Bean soup was on the edge of salty but lots of ham flavor. Fried chicken was delicious but a little greasy. Batter was flavorful. Hot beef sandwich was real roast, not ready made slices. Server was friendly, efficient and really tried to answer our many questions.
