The service was very slow, although we told them we were going to the theater after dinner. The special cocktails were stuffed. Everything was too expensive.
Today the restaurant does not have many things on the menu, which was a little despicable. But what they did was very good. As far as the service is concerned, they were shortened tonight, but we were not in a hurry. Overall, the experience was very good and we look forward to when the menu is full and they are full.
Best salmon I had in Bloomington. Service, food, atmosphere, everything excellent! We're coming back! We want to taste the terrace in good weather.
Because I was the first person seated, I had the place to myself for a short while; but as other parties came in, the noise level remained conversationally comfortable. The spanakopita appetizer was outstanding. The lamb shank entree was very good: a good portion, well cooked, very tender and juicy. Serbed with orzo and a few Greek olives on the side, it proved altogether filling, and I passed on dessert. The wine list was limited but suitable, and included a Greek red (although, for those who might be looking for it, no retsina). Service was first class.
Disappointed in the amount of food and the overall experience. The server admitted that a large party was being served but even with the massive delay, no special accommodations were made. Servings were so small, that we ordered dessert, which was half frozen. Still hungry after that. Other tables were also complaining. Pours were small with the drinks. Ordered a beer that had so much foam, it settled to 3/4 of a serving. Expensive meal to leave dissatisfied.
