Giordano's - Bloomingdale

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I ordered delivery for work this morning, and everything was perfect. The driver arrived a few minutes early, and all the items were clearly labeled. The food was hot and fresh. I didn't catch the driver's name, but he was tall and thin with long hair. Excellent service!

The pizza here is absolutely delicious, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is also very clean. Sometimes, I come just for dessert because their brownies paired with ice cream are amazing! They have a variety of desserts, but I haven't had the chance to try them all yet; I’m really looking forward to it. They also offer some fantastic catering deals, and luckily, they have plenty of options available. It's definitely worth looking into their catering services. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect.

I had a fantastic culinary experience at this restaurant! The staff were incredibly attentive and took great care of my grandchildren and me. I can't thank them enough! The restaurant itself was also very clean.

Last October, I submitted a negative review of the Girodano's in Bloomingdale (due to a very late delivery). I was contacted by the General Manager, Danielle Shaw, almost immediately who assured me that she would take care of the issue and also promised me a free dinner all I had to do was to e mail her. I took her up on her offer today, and she got right back to me and delivered as promised. That is 100% awesome customer service. I wish more places cared about their customers as much as she does. Five stars!
