Poivre et Sel - Blois

I was walking alone around Blois around 7pm when I saw a few people queuing in front of this very restaurant so I decided to queue as well. I begged for a table and the charming waitresses seated me in a lovely place from where I could overlook the restaurant. Within minutes the tables on the terrasse (except for the tables réservées) were taken by people passing by I wondered why but as soon as I tasted my own meal (onglet de boeuf avec patates et légumes) I knew. Please go there! I enjoyed every single bite!

Arrivati davanti al locale vediamo il cartello di posti esauriti e mentre stiamo per allontanarci il proprietario ci vede e fa segno di entrare scusandosi per non aver ancora aggiornato il cartello all'esterno. Il posto è molto carino e il personale gentile e disponibile a spiegare i vari piatti. La scelta cade su un antipasto, una sorta di carpaccio seguito da un risotto con i gamberi flambee...che il mio ragazzo definisce spettacolare!! Per me un ottimo trancio di salmone fresco con purè. Prendiamo poi un dolce, un simil profitteroles anch'esso decisamente buono. Da bere acqua e vino e conto totale 52 euro. Da provare.

Nous avons eu l'occasion de déjeuner ou dîner plusieurs fois dans ce restaurant et nous n'avons jamais été déçu. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est serviable dans un cadre agréable. Les tarifs du midi sont très compétitifs et globalement le rapport qualité / prix est bon, la cuisine est de qualité.

Locale posto a due passi dal centro. Personale cordiale. Conviene prenotare per non rimanere delusi. Buona scelta di pietanze. In quattro abbiamo scelto tutti piatti diversi e molto gustosi. Porzioni abbondanti. Dolci buoni, più di quantità che qualità. Da provare.
