I recently had a terrible experience with Asian Holiday Restaurant at 2704 Blind Bay Rd, Blind Bay, BC VOE 1H0, and I feel everyone should know about it. It started when my mom called the restaurant to ask for some clarification about the menu. The receptionist was incredibly rude, brushing her off by saying, We’re busy, I can’t explain it. When we got home and opened our food, it was disgusting—the smell was awful, and it was clearly not fresh. We immediately called the restaurant to explain the situation, but the same receptionist said she couldn’t help us. When I asked to speak with the manager or owner, she claimed the owner wasn’t there, which I later found out was a lie. I decided to take the food back to the restaurant to resolve the issue. When I got there, the receptionist was still unhelpful, even telling me she was 22 years old and had anxiety, which had nothing to do with the situation. I insisted on speaking with the owner, and suddenly, he emerged from the kitchen. Instead of addressing the problem, he was extremely rude to my mom, going as far as telling us, Don’t come here again. I’m sharing this to make others aware of the terrible customer service and poor food quality at Asian Holiday Restaurant. We all deserve better, and I urge everyone to think twice before ordering from them.
