Kfc - Bldg Fort Wainwright

This is the BEST fast food place in town! Fantastic, friendly service and HOT food! I've never had a bad meal from here and have never had anything missing! They need to be appreciated for such a great team of people caring about their customers and service! They truly have pride in their jobs, such a rare thing these days for sure!!

Maybe I am living in an alternate dimension than the naysayers, because I come here to get bulk orders to be put on a plane to my home village. They have been consistently great. Great customer service and food served hot and fresh. Orders are correct, each and every time. Come over to my dimension and expect the best. We are fortunate to have this option, and it’s fun to get KFC in the village and these hard workers over here get it done and with a friendly authentic Alaskan attitude. I’m just saying, it’s easy to switch the channels if you remember you are the knob.

I had A&W mini corn dogs with fries and a Root Beer Freeze. BEST FRIES IN FAIRBANKS!!! The mini corn dogs had a really good flavor. And the A&W Root Beer Freeze was delicious!!!

My husband and I came to the Fairbanks Alaska KFC to eat an early dinner. at the KFC’s we have been to, you pick them up at the counter on a tray for dine in. When our name was called, I went to the counter…not there, then I went to the delivery/pickup window inside, there were two other orders, I asked which one was for Stan, and the lady behind the counter got VERY rude and said I called your name 3 times and shoved my order towards me. We have never been treated this rudely before, especially for asking a simple question. This person should NOT be allowed to work with the customers. We definitely WONT be back!!!

My hamburger was done incorrectly based off my order, and then the patty was pink and cold and not fully cooked. But they had a sugar-free rootbeer that was delicious, and everyone's else's meal came out great.
