Customer service is horrible! I been there 3 times and my fries are always extra salty.On the 4th trip, I asked them could they give me fries with no salt and the guy said, That can 't be done .. just don 't put salt on them smh! The hotdogs were cold as well.

We just went to sonic ordered a number 2 with no ketchup. It came with extra ketchup. I also ordered a #3. No ketchup or pickles! Came with extra pickles and ketchup. We went over the or 3 times and 2 more times at the window when we pulled up! Wth.... now we are trying to call them , probably called 12 times and no answer! We will not be spending our money at sonic ever again... and we work in fairbanks for a very large company! I will be posting this to social media and I will be posting this on the board at my work!

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The guy taking our order wanted to argue with my wife about what she said instead of taking our order and then was laughing at us when we pulled off. This is why Fairbanks cannot have nice things.

Well let's start with need to listen to what's being ordered. And ask if the order is correct. And the kid handling out food in the window should atless look out the wind when handling stuff out. And for the meal. Only thing right was the drink. The tots were cold and this new burger was warm and burnt. This is why I stick to the hot dogs there most of the time....smh

Drive-in and dine in are closed due to understaffing. Drive thru is also really slow. However, the food they put out is pretty good. If you want sonic, please be patient with the staff. They're doing their best
