Very good food! My husband and I have ate here a handful of times since moving to Fairbanks and haven’t had a bad meal. The service is top notch and the people are so kind and accommodating. Always our go to when craving sushi or Korean food.
They welcome you with warm clean towel and miso soup. We ordered the spicy tuna sushi, paradise roll and baskin scallop roll all were amazing. It was my first time and they didn’t disappoint.
It's not a place if you only have 45 mins. There are only two severs in this relatively big place. There was 4-5 tables, and our food came 30 mins after we were seated. Food was okay. Not bad, but not high quality sushi. Presentation was nice on a wood boat. Tempura batter was light and flavorful. The Korean speaking chiefs and severs explains the Korean decor and Korean food selection in the menu. One review mentioned a high level of cleanliness. I found the place not clean. Floors and bathroom need attention. It did not smell of fish which is good.
The sushi was generally pretty good and had a fresh taste. I found the rolls to be a great deal and had great flavor. I would not recommend the spicy tuna as it tasted exactly like canned tuna. However, if you want a tuna roll just get the regular as you can clearly see there is a generous portion of just straight tuna. The tuna roll had great flavor. The salmon roll and soft shell crab pictured below were both great and had good flavor. The salmon roll had seared and raw salmon which had a great variety in taste.
