Love Menchie's. But for the love of god get some other froyo flavors. You never have the Reese's or Nutella or caramel. I will change my rating once we start getting some flavor consistency.Parking: none

I asked him to refill some of the toppings and he said “sorry we are all out” hmmm okay maybe then I ask him to refill the chocolate sauce. guess what out of that too. convenient. maybe I wouldn’t have been so mad about it if he was actually nice and apologetic about it. he just rolled his eyes and walked away

I came in a week ago with my grandma after a stressful work week. I took a day off to come in with her and I was pleasantly surprised with the staff’s hospitality and professionalism. specifically this girl named Shay was patient and kind with my grandma. Will be coming back more often.

My son likes their frozen yogurts. Place is near the martial arts place he goes to, which makes it convenient. The girl in the counter is nice and friendly. Place is clean.

This used to be our favorite frozen yogurt shop but not anymore. There is now an overwhelming cleaner smell when you open the door. We, my husband and I, complained about the smell a month ago but the girl didn’t care. We just tried this Menchie’s again and the smell is even stronger. We left without purchasing anything. What a shame.
