We walked in, and no one was at the host stand, we waited about 4 minutes even after the server watched us walk in (seemed like she was the only one with a section). There was an employee that seemed she was on lunch or off texting at the tables to our right..once we got seated, it took server a few minutes to greet. They had a QR code for the menu and to place orders. We explained to our server we wanted to order through her, but she insisted it was 'easier 'to order through online. Once she took a while to come back to take our order. We just decided to pay for our drink and leave. It wasn 't the quick bite we were looking for.

This place is consistently slow and late on all orders. I’ve ordered to go through their website a couple of times and I’ve had to wait 20-30 mins past their “order ready” time every single time. When I go to their pick up register, no one is ever there and all the waiters ignore you standing there. I’ve had to walk around the restaurant to try to find someone to help me. Today was the last straw when I ordered delivery and 2.5 hours later, still do not have my food. How can you not make one order in two and a half hours? Ridiculous.
Every time I order food from them they leave out part of our order! Every time!! How hard is it! They mark on the receipt what is in the bag and still miss items, like use your own system! Check the receipt and verify the order before it's picked up.
