Despite being packed, the hostess and the owner quickly worked together to find a spot for our group of about 15. The owner suggested the enclosed patio, which turned out to be a great choice. The kids really enjoyed themselves with two corn hole boards available, allowing them to unwind and have fun. The service was excellent, and the food was very good. We will definitely return the next time we’re in town for hockey. I highly recommend this place!
I visited this restaurant two nights in a row during my trip to a Bills game last month, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The bartenders are fantastic, the waitstaff is attentive, and the kitchen team does a remarkable job. The owner even came over to check on our meal, which was a nice touch. A mother and her three daughters all work there, and they really put in a lot of effort! It's an amazing place to catch a game, and I can’t wait to return every year for our annual trip!
Knowing that it would likely take a long time for our food to arrive, we went ahead and ordered dinner. As we waited, some of our guests began grabbing their own drinks from the bar because the service was just so slow. As a fellow server, I can vouch that if I were handling a table of 14, their needs would be my top priority—especially since larger tables contribute significantly to a server's income. It was clear that Andrew was focusing on smaller tables of 2 and 4 and disregarding us. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. He forgot to bring extras like salt, pepper, ranch dressing, and additional napkins—basic things that any good server should remember. When we finally finished our meal, we decided to go outside, but again, we waited an eternity for the bill, as Andrew was nowhere to be found. When he finally brought it, I decided our tip would be only 15% because he didn't deserve more. In reality, he earned $93.00 in tips from our table due to the automatic 18% gratuity included for large groups, even though he didn't earn it. Additionally, there was an option to add even more for a tip, which felt inappropriate given the lack of service we experienced. If we had a more attentive and friendly server, we might have considered giving a larger tip, but Andrew's performance was dismal. After nearly 2 hours and 40 minutes, Andrew finally checked in on us while managing his other tables. Clearly, we were his last priority. If the server sections are too vast, the restaurant should consider closing off some tables to ensure better service. If I ever treated my guests this poorly, I would feel ashamed. Perhaps Andrew should reconsider his role as a server or at least undergo more training. My partner and I frequent this restaurant several times a month and usually spend a significant amount, but this was the worst experience we've ever had. We were truly embarrassed to have brought our guests here. No one should have to wait from a 5:30 dinner reservation and not leave the table until after 8:15 for a simple meal. It was not a five-course dinner; it was simply unacceptable. We were more than disappointed with the experience.
The restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere, but that's where the positives end. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with souvlaki, and it was bland and unappetizing in appearance. I found it to be overpriced as well. I had a Maker's Mark neat and was shocked to see it priced at $17.
The atmosphere was fantastic. The band Silver absolutely rocked the venue! 97 Rock was also giving away great prizes. It was an awesome bike night!
