Solé At Woodlawn Beach - Blasdell

Woodlawn beach is very beautiful. Ideal for romantic gateways, family gatherings, parties, hangouts! We enjoyed it thoroughly. The best part of it Open to all tourists, unlike certain beaches like Hamburg) which are only open to residents of the area so you basically need a residential pass :

Bring a shade/hat/cover/sunblock. Lots of direct sun. The area that is sectioned off with lifeguards does not allow floats at all so it sucks a little for kids. The beach is dirty with litter. And some lady didn't want to walk up to the restrooms and popped a squat on the beach in the back...the bar area says it's only 21 and up but it's the only shaded area. I wish there was more seating near the snack area.

Beach atmosphere for beach life. Spot on Sole`. This was great.

The Beach was really nice not to mention they have a Beach Bar also! Well kept place that had people eating dinner on the Beach. Huge windmills right on the water. The Bathrooms smelled terrible reeking of Urine. Shower area was normal. I'll come back very soon though for a day trip!

Beach was beautiful jamming music and people were all well mannered and ready for fun. Life guards were on duty and alert. They were very watchful and continually used megaphone to reach crowd far out in water.
