The staff at this restaurant is unfriendly and lacks dedication to their customers. The food is tasteless and served cold.

This restaurant is no longer what it used to be for us. When we arrive, it feels like a timer has started counting down. The food, main course, and dessert come one after the other in a quick succession. Even during quieter moments, the staff seem to struggle to be friendly, and if we order a steak cooked medium-rare, we receive a well-done steak instead. In the past, this was a place we enjoyed coming to for its smooth service and delicious food. It's a shame that it's not the same anymore. Hopefully, things will improve and it will be like the good old days once again. It's just not the same for us anymore.

We have been dining at this restaurant for years. The food is always good quality, the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. However, the ambiance and atmosphere could be improved, especially when the restaurant is crowded, it can feel a bit overwhelming.
