Currently stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
During the day if I order, my order is correct. I don’t know what it is about the night crew but pretty much every time I order on the app, my order is still wrong. They are either forgetting items, not removing or adding condiments on items I’ve customized, or putting items in that I didn’t order and forgetting other items. You’re reading a mobile order so I don’t get how hard it is for them to go by that. We the customers are paying money for food we are expecting to be correct and not getting it. It’s pretty disappointing especially when you keep ordering because you’re craving Taco Bell so you keep giving them chances to get it right only for them to screw it up every single time. I hope they can do better!

My only complaints regarding this location-sauce is missing from every mobile Oder I’ve ever picked up from there. 6-7 mobile orders now. Can’t get even an empty package of sauce.
