My family made a daily practice of eating lunch here by going through the drive through (because it was hard to get service inside), parking there at the store and eating. Sometimes, before leaving, we might add ice or top our drinks before leaving. One evening, we decided to eat there after church. I went in to add more ice to my drink because the tea had melted it when I was approached by a sloppily dressed, very aggressive 20 something year old manager. He blocked my way back out and then started yelling at me about my topping off the ice in my drink. I stayed calm, ignored him and tried to leave as he started yelling I 'm sick of you lazy thieves coming in and stealing drinks after coming through the drive-thru! I asked his name and he reluctantly gave me an alias of John Kennedy after first refusing. I left the store but the incident made my wife so mad she went back and tricked him into giving her his real name of Adrian. I called corporate to complain, asking for a call back to follow up on what was going to be done about the aggressive and disrespectful behavior of this individual and have not heard back. One last note, as I was leaving that night, other individuals coming into the store heard him, accurately described him with an explicative and told me he is that way all the time and I should report him. He told my wife we were ban from the store although all she did was order a burger (for the dog) to get his name and then told him she didn 't like the way he spoke to her 57 year old veteran husband. We have stopped our daily patronage because of this individual. Management needs to cut there dead weight.
