The staff would have had more knowledge of the food and vouchers. The food was good.
Was on vacation camping hiking and staying in hotels around and one day decided to have a quick lunch before dinner. At this McDonald's on the drive-thru awaits to use my mobile app. Never before in hundreds of times with the app at McDonald's I have presented such a pleasant experience and competent workers. The woman who talked to me asked me if I would use my mobile app I had never been asked. It is usually a whole Rigmarole if you get to the window whether you can scan this OR type, code, etc. She was so pleasant that when I was standing on the window, she said that she was the most pleasant and helpful McDonald's lady I ever had. Of course I asked about her name and told her I would write a good review about her. Even though this was almost two months ago, I will now carry out the review. Her name was Brenda. So if each of you managers or executives read this review only know that you need to give Brenda a salary increase or a promotion ASAP. In a world of Brash Fast Food workers, especially this day and age, she was above all over the rest and would have won the gold medal.
The drive thru has really improved its waiting times. It is McDonald's need, I say more?!?!
They were out of a certain ice cream that cost more and then in return gave me a M&M mcflury half full. Didn't refund or give me the difference. Bad place to go. Not very honest in their business practices.
