El Manzanillo Mexican - Blairsville

I absolutely love this place! The food and menu are so amazing that each person at our table ended up changing their minds two or three times. The dishes are delicious, there’s a fantastic selection, and the prices are very reasonable. Efren took excellent care of us and provided great service. Thank you, everyone!

We are in Georgia in the hut that we went to Blairsville and found the most incredible Mexican authentic Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten that I highly recommend this restaurant especially what they call the Texas Fajitas. You have beef chicken shrimp mushrooms green and red pepper onions, fantastic salsa so authentic in service, even before you could finish chips, they brought your new hot and do not forget the margaritas

I love this Mexican restaurant. I'm here about twice a month. I'm a big Queso fan and the queen here is really good. Same with salsa. I often get the same thing, but my husband eats new things every time on the menu and he's never unhappy with it. You have a lot of fish on the menu that I think is very unique for a Mexican restaurant. If you're in Blairsville, like good Mexican food, stop. The only reason I don't give these five stars is the bathroom. The bathroom needs a fresh paint and a little to clean.

I rarely give 5-star ratings, but this restaurant has earned it in every way. The location is simple yet inviting, with plenty of tables and outdoor seating available. The staff is consistently attentive and provides excellent service. Now, let's talk about the food—wow! I absolutely loved everything I tried. I've sampled Mexican cuisine from various places in town and even in Blue Ridge, and this one stands out as the best of both. The guacamole is fantastic; it’s chunky and includes tomatoes, onions, and cilantro, not just avocados. I ordered the El Manzanillo Pollo Special, and it was cooked to perfection—simply amazing! The portions are generous, and the drinks are sizable as well, so you won't need to ask for refills. Don't miss Taco Tuesday, where tacos are just $1.00. If you find yourself in Blairsville, this place is a must-try! I’m sure you’ll love it too!

I stopped by this restaurant on my way back from Brasstown Bald. At first, I was a bit skeptical about its authenticity when I walked in, but I was determined to give it a try, so we stayed. Since it was an off-peak time, there weren't many customers present. The service was rather average; everything was done correctly, and the food arrived surprisingly quickly, but I felt we didn’t receive much attention from the staff. That's probably just my own irritation from the day, so I do want to give the server credit. However, the food was truly impressive. I had low expectations for a Mexican restaurant located in the hills of Georgia, but I left with a completely different perspective. Great job, El Manzanillo!
