Bamboo Bistro - Blairmore

Good selection of foods and lots of bakery stuff available. Crowsnest coffee beans are also available.

We ordered food part-way through our trip to Blairmore ... and then had to do it again on the last evening. It was incredible. I have been to Thailand 3 times and the sauces at this restaurant are amazing. Very authentic and so incredibly delicious. The bonus? Incredibly generous portions lots of veggies and meat. I am very gluten-intolerant and trust me, what a delight to be able to have a meal that is worthy of savouring and not have to worry about dietary issues. Unless you have an endless stomach (and even if you do), you will definitely have left-overs. You will cry when they are gone. I am so sad that this restaurant is so far away from home I will just have to visit Blairmore again just for the food!

The pad ordered thai for adult and pizza for the children and none of us was impressed by our eating. the noodles in our pad thai were muddy and the pizza was muddy on blows and cheese. only the reason we ordered our pizza from here was because we ordered two separate items. next time we forget it and stay with our new cnp pizzeria.

We had taken a few times away from here and eating was hot and good. I would invite this restaurant to everyone again.

100% recommend Bamboo Bistro. Always great food and their customer service is fantastic they always go above and beyond!
