Ok, I never write bad reviews because I know how stressful it is in the restaurant business. Today, I 'm making an exception. I didn 't realize they only took debit or credit. That 's on me. So I offered to buy a gift card so that I could still use cash. The guy ringing us out, put my cash on the counter said nothing to me and walked away. He came back with the manager who said nothing to me, rung us up and then walked away. When I stood there to ask for a bag, she came back hurriedly and grabbed the items, causing one bowl s food to fall on the counter. She closed the lids, never apologized and handed me the bag. No thank you, no comment at all. We ordered smoothies so we waited for them. Two orders later I asked if the smoothie order was still being made. She responded with, apparently and looked at her coworker like my question was totally stupid. Food is good but not exceptional and they forgot the jalapeños in one of the order. Overall very unhappy customer. Especially since this was my first time there.

I placed an online order for pickup at 10:50 am. I get there, and it's not ready. I waited another 15 minutes before my order was ready.
