What can I say about this place, where to begin. staff all very friendly. they cater for the disabled too. with wheelchair lift outside. a stair lift inside. their main lift is unfortunately undergoing repairs at present. but I'm well impressed with this place. i would certainly recommend this place if you are disabled or not.

From the moment we arrived it felt like we were greeted by old friends, the welcome was so friendly. All the staff were cheerful and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was airy, bright and clean, with tea or coffee or hot chocolate making facilities. The food was delicious and the steak was the best me and my partner had ever had , it was cooked to perfection... compliments to the chef. Breakfast this morning was relaxed but well cooked and cheerfully served. All in all a very enjoyable experience and one we will be happy to repeat, but next time it will be for longer... Had an amazing time with my family but had some problems. The room I was in (room 3) was extremely hard to sleep in because of the lights outside, yes they turned off but that was at 1 am. The other problem was the lack of hot water in the shower but still apart from that everything was great. The service was slow only because it felt like only 2 people were working... the ladies were amazing considering it only did have 2 people working. Also the food was great too, thanks for everything!

Brilliant. Staff were really friendly and exceptionally helpful. Food fantastic.: delicious (especially for me as I have a wheat intolerance), beautifully cooked, with extremely generous portions. Our room was spotless and well supplied with everything we could possibly want or need. Our overall impression of everything was extremely positive. Charges were very reasonable and not only would we be happy to stay there again but would recommend it unreservedly
