The employees don’t require vaccinations, according to the signs, and this has made them uncomfortable about eating there again.

I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service. The menu displayed prices, but when I got to the window, I was informed that those prices were incorrect and they wanted to charge me more. They claimed that the advertised price was just an estimate for the customer. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told they had received new price lists but hadn't bothered to update the board. That shouldn't be my problem. If the prices were wrong, they should have made that clear or at least updated the display. The manager wouldn’t come to address the issue at all. What happened to the idea that the customer is always right?

I waited over 20 minutes without anyone taking my order, even though some staff members saw me standing there. I ended up going next door to McDonald's, placed my order, and had my meal in just five minutes. I usually don't like McDonald's, but there's no way anyone should have to wait more than 30 minutes for fast food.

Terrible Service, waited 30 mins inside to not be served along with the entire rest of the customers. Kitchen was filthy. Just terrible management and customer service.

Opened my 3 piece satisfier, what a joke, NOT SATISFIED!!!!NO CHIPS , CHICKEN WAS DISGUSTING.Wish I could have attached a photo.
