Fries was very hard, not Mcdonald fries. I'm used to. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

For this to be a fast food restaurant in Blackstone, one which gets a lot of traffic, you would think everything would work properly. Just don't understand how you can never get what you ask for because its either broken or they ran out. The new one for today was I can not serve you that because the machine not clean.....WHAT.....so Frap for me today....where is Starbucks when I need them. McDs only got my business because I was hungry.

Service was horrible staff member making sandwiches for breakfast and ate something with her gloves on and didn't wash her hands before applying new gloves to continue making food. They were out of biscuits and gravy and not willing to take a few minutes to simply heat the can of gravy in the microwave cause that's all they do with it anyway and also out of hotcakes it's simple to heat those up in the microwave too. Very unprofessional and not very appealing for the customer!
