Wendy's - Blacksburg

I guess they hired someone with the personal shortage. Every time I come here, it's always something. first they only ordered the people or picked up by the line. good to be a supplier, my customers always have to wait a few times up to an hour when they order from here. the personal is always rude and I already had two incidents where they gave me the wrong orders or only gave some of the orders. I understand the whole world is underoccupied, but to run a business, they need to have better education, service and settings. 2/10 do not recommend.

I had a problem with my order, and the staff reacted very badly. they were immediately fighting and unfriendly. that's quite good in the way, but I'm not coming back.

Blacksburg ii on s. main is not open to breakfast. the orders are accurate at both locations. that wait is not exaggerated.

We waited for 20 minutes to eat. the first time they gave our food to the wrong people. then the kitchen was so upset that they had to regain it and made a sloppy job to put the burger together. most of the riders were in the bottom of the bag instead of in the boxes. they also put mayonnaise on a sandwich we ordered without mayonnaise. I understand that they were busy, but this type of service is unacceptable and we will not be back to this place.

In a world where entry-level workers are fee and far between, we're having to adapt to changes in the service industryWe pulled up to this Wendy's with a pretty standard order of 2 combos, were told to pull up to wait for the next order, and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for our food, with multiple orders filled before usAfter calling to verify the status of our order, the general manager Felicia came out personally to explain the situation, and to offer us whatever we wanted in order to make the situation right. We understand that things fall through the cracks, orders are messed up, but the customer service provided really speaks to the quality of how this Wendy's is runShould this situation have happened in the first place? Probably not. Did they handle it well? No doubt
