Jersey Mike's Subs - Blacksburg

The restaurant was spotless, and the food was delicious. While it was a bit pricey, that’s been the case everywhere due to inflation. However, the customer service was so impressive that we felt compelled to highlight it, especially compared to our experiences in the DC area. A big thank you to the staff for making everything so easy and for raising the bar on customer service!

The staff at this location are some of the friendliest, most interesting, and most enthusiastic workers I've ever encountered. I've never met so many people who are genuinely happy to make sandwiches. They even had a fun competition to see who could create the best and largest Italian sub in the fastest time while maintaining top quality. You could tell they were having a great time at work! The sandwiches I picked up are absolutely incredible, and if I could give this place a 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve never felt so happy leaving a restaurant after spending $30 to $40.

Chase and the team at Jersey Mike's in Blacksburg have always taken great care of me! It's hands down the best place I've been to so far. They are genuinely friendly and really focus on providing a wonderful experience. The tuna sandwich I had last time was incredibly fresh and delicious. Plus, they mentioned they'd come back soon and compliment my outfit!

Best sub-sandwiches in town. especially they enjoy the opportunity to order in the app, then pick up. if they have not tried the rosmarin and kesebrot, then they try to order it.

I ordered online and was sent an email confirmation that my order was ready. Had to wait 15 minutes in the store and the order was completely wrong. If I had time, I would have gone back to get the correct sandwich/refund but I was on lunch break. Not a good experience!
