Cook-out - Blacksburg

The food quality is consistently excellent whenever I visit. However, my order is correct only about 35% of the time. I can't complain too much, though, because most of the items on their menu are fantastic.

My orders are typically accurate, but I've noticed that they often overcharge by a dollar or two when they can. This might be the reason they don't provide itemized receipts.

As a visitor from Texas, I must say these burgers are disappointing—much less satisfying than a McDonald's burger. The quality isn’t impressive, but if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option, you certainly get what you pay for.

These guys get a huge line like every night but they keep it moving and my order is almost always all correct and hot. Good work cook out

The store is good except for Hannah. Hannah is a cancer that needs to be removed from that store. I am willing to bet that she learned her customer service skills from Suddam Hussein.
