We love Bollo's bakery - especially their gluten-free selection. Barb is a Master GF baker. No one can suspect that their articles are GF. All our wedding desserts were made at Bollo and they went fast! Cupcakes in a variety of flavored, wedding cake, cream cheese frosting, chocolate cake, fruit tarts, muffins, coffee cake, cheesecake, it's ALL fantastic!
