I was surprised that find that they have introduced a new vegan options to their menu, A spiced cauliflower, lentil and spinach pie with chips and garden peas Tasted amazing too #Veganuary

We noticed this place be chance when passing and tried the takeaway. The staff were very helpful and explained that all the sides were vegan and gluten free and they use separate fryers. The chips were delicious so we returned the following week to try the restaurant. Again, very friendly staff. The portion size was great, four pieces of battered tofu and a large portion of chips and the sides (curry, gravy and mushy peas) were delicious. There is plenty of gluten free options also which was a bonus for me, and even the vinegar is gluten free.

I was intrigued to try this restaurant as they offered a vegan version of fish and chips. The menu featured "tofish" and chips, and I was pleased with the service and cleanliness of the establishment. My order consisted of tofish, chips, gravy, and mushy peas. The tofish was simply a cube of silk tofu that had been deep fried in batter. As all vegans know, tofu can be bland and flavorless if not prepared correctly. In this case, the tofu lacked flavor. The chips were vegan-friendly, as they are cooked separately from meat and fish products, and the gravy was also plant-based.

The tofish and chips were delicious. I appreciated that tartar sauce was included. The staff was friendly and the toilets were clean.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. I tried the vegan cake along with some chips and salad, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon!
