Kings Chef 88 - Blackpool

After a short hour waiting, food arrived, cold and not very appetizing presented. I ordered from these as they are just over the road of me, but as I am disabled and house-bound thought it would be a nice change. I'm sorry I won't use this device or recommend it again

They have a few takeaways from here always fresh hot and good taste never had any problems would come back

Ordering over easy eating app, had to wait well over an hour for luke warm (his generous) eating that was dry and tastless, 1 dish was ordered with extra sauce, it came slightly greasy with not a drop sauce in itself, the rest. the order was not better than we contacted to complain the restaurant and ask for a refund that we have called to just talk to the restaurant that told us to order.

I will say first, I can't judge eating there, since it has never arrived, so this is based exclusively on my service experience with this restaurant. I hired an order with king chef online and gave a delivery time of 60mins that I wasn't...mind like a Friday night, but after an hour and a half of the waiting had nothing arrived and we had no contact from the restaurant to say it would be a delay. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that it was more business than they had expected and that the order would last about half an hour, but they assured me that it would come to us. we had asked if it would be possible to cancel the order as given the additional waiting time, it would be 10pm before the arrival to which I was informed that as I would be ordered online, I would have to cancel as they cannot and will only stop one order if they received the information that it has been canceled so that I said we would simply leave the order as it is. another hour goes by after this phone call and still nothing has arrived and we have heard nothing but the restaurant, I have a text update on my order and was told that the order was on the way and would be requested by me at 10.40 so I continue to wait for a text around 11 clock to say the restaurant had now cancelled my order! after 3 hours waiting and said they could not cancel very online the communication and service of this restaurant is terrible and they obviously have no skills for planning or preparation. I'm staying far from this place.

Everything I’ve ever ordered here Chinese has been spot on here hot fresh quick delivery, Been Luke warm once but overall good, did go in once and had a portion of chips with curry sauce thought £5 for it was a bit pricey never the...less they were plenty n red hot( frozen not fresh) and I did eat them all, generally Chinese good and looks nice on plate too because some just hack it up and doesn’t look presentable some other chineses
