Kfc Preston New Road - Blackpool

Very happy when visiting. eating was hot and fast service. the personal was amazing and helpful. enjoy all our foods and drinks well made. I only wish that kfc has not changed, because chips his scandal! clean and welcoming at the arrival.

Typical CFC experience. The food was nice and hot, and the service was quick, but the staff seemed a bit miserable, haha. The major downside was the restrooms. We brought the kids to the zoo that day and decided to eat here when my youngest needed to go to the bathroom. The bathrooms at the zoo were cleaner and smelled better, haha!

I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but the food was still quite good. They had the staff fill out a survey right away for free reward items, which was a nice touch. However, it didn't give me a chance to assess whether my order was satisfactory before completing the survey.

In the evening, we visited for tea and decided to order our meals outside. The kiosk attendant suggested we place our orders differently to save money, which was a helpful tip. The food was delicious and served hot. However, the corn was a bit soggy; I'm not sure if that’s typical.
