Anchor Fish Chip Shop - Blackpool

We visit Cornwall loads and always go for the famous R Stein chip shop this chippy beats it by far . Food brilliant staff lovely just the best can't wait to visit again in August.

Recently visited with elderly mother, Fish and peas were superb, alas chips could have done with a few more minutes, A lot cheaper than most chippies in area. would return.

After recently reopening post-lockdown, we ordered our usual dishes and they were as delicious as always. From the spicy chicken in sauce to the salt and pepper chips, everything tasted fantastic. The chicken in batter balls with sweet and sour sauce, spare ribs, and other dishes were all perfectly made. We hope this excellence continues for a long time to come.

The fresh-cooked fish and chips at this restaurant are fantastic, and the service is friendly. The prices are also good. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again and again.

The food has always been extremely good, and the service fast, it still gets better every year! If you talk to the guy doing the frying you can tell he has a genuine passion for the food.
