Jack Loves Red - BLACKMANS BAY

Really enjoyed my visit to Jack Greene, it was our first stop in Hobart after checking into our hotel.

Jack Greenes had awesome beers, good music and a nice menu of appetizers! It's centrally located and quick to deliver food.

Dreadful - the reviews led me so astray! Pros: good selection of tap beer (but exxy) Cons: there was an attempt at up selling me on EVERYTHING I ordered

The restaurant is another welcome addition to the growing number of better restaurants in the Kingston/Backmans Bay area. It has quite a quirky atmosphere and a well established clientele.The menus vary a lot but offer a good choice of dishes.It is a venue that we will happily return to.

Great location near the sea. Have a lovely, fairly easy seaside walk and then have a delicious cake and good quality coffee. Dit either at the outside porch tables or inside; all glass maintains the view. A very nice interlude.
