Burned nachos on top, soggy on the bottom- seriously tasted as if they were cooked last night and someone no showed or cancelled their order and they threw it over the warmer. The Baja bowl lacked all toppings and was disgusting- Nothing was freshly made. I am usually not one to complain, but this is the 3rd time of screwing up.
Nana and the team were amazing! The steak was divine.

It's a Friday night and I waited for 16 mins in the drive thru with only 1 person in front of me, just to be told that they are out of rice. What Mexican meal doesn't have rice? Even though they don't close for an hour, the 6 employees were all scrubbing and cleaning, instead of cooking and customer serving. BLACKFOOTS Employees are the worst and they never have the food I am craveing. The last 2 times, out of queso. This is the second time this week. I hope management can make some positive changes before they lose the support of this town. Side note, the drive thru lady did upgrade my drink size to try to make me happy. She was nice.
This is about the third time I 've gone in during the evening and they have run out of rice, or refuse to cook any more, and for months they have been delicately measuring the meat. From my experience, the Blackfoot location is the only one that measures the protein.The employees were kind and competent, but I would guess higher management has given poor instructions of not cooking more rice more than an hour before closing, and to precisely measure out a meager amount of meat. When it 's available, the food is good though. I really enjoy Costa Vida, but this location needs some changes.
