Zazz - Blackburn with Darwen

On Saturday nights, my family often orders takeout like many others. After ordering from Zazz a few times before, we decided to try this restaurant again. We had enjoyed the food here previously and had no complaints. We ordered a Vegetarian pizza, Char mix kebab on garlic naan bread, a grilled chicken filet burger meal, chips, and a Southern fried chicken burger meal through the official website. We were told to wait an hour, but when we went to collect our food, it wasn't ready. We ended up waiting an additional twenty minutes. The total cost was around £35-£40, so we were eligible for a promotion that included a free 1.5 L bottle of Pepsi, 12 Garlic bread or Cheesy chips. However, they forgot the drinks and said we could claim them next time. The pizza we received was covered in olives, which we did not request. The grilled chicken burger was missing sauce and the chicken was dry. The Char mix kebab was disappointing, with only 2 pieces of chicken and chewy lamb. Overall, the food was not good and the service was unprofessional. We will not be returning and recommend avoiding this place. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

I ordered food for delivery from this restaurant and they said it would arrive within the hour. Two hours later, after a few phone calls where they kept saying it would be there in 10 minutes, I was told they didn't want to deliver the food anymore and to take it back. This was a very poor service experience.

The takeaway food was delicious with large portions and quick service. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. They offer a variety of items including pizzas, burgers, kebabs, and many extras.

I ordered the chicken burger with chips and the quality was spot on ! I tried the zazzilicious kebabs and I must say they were the best I’d ever had !

Rubbish food that you could pick up in any Blackburn takeaway for half the price . The one star is because when I Made a complaint , the restaurant did listen and delivered fresh food , however the Fresh food was no better than the original delivery. What an absolute shame.
