Tasty Spot - Blackburn with Darwen

I placed an order on the restaurant's website for collection at 01:02 (closing time is approximately 01:30). When I arrived at 01:20 to pick up my order, I was told that their machine was not working and they did not have my order. Despite showing proof that the money had been taken from my account, they were unable to provide the food I ordered. The order was only confirmed at 18:28, long after I no longer needed the food. When I requested a refund, I was told that the boss was not available and my request was refused. Even when I offered to cancel the order when the boss was present, my request was still denied. I was then told to come back to the restaurant for a refund, which was not feasible for me. Ultimately, I did not get to eat the food I had paid for, so I cannot comment on its quality.

I am extremely angry after ordering a jumbo kebab on Just Eat for £12.25, only to receive it with absolutely nothing on it. When I tried to call and complain, the person on the phone slammed it down on me and now I am being ignored. I am livid.

I have little to say except that the service was poor all around. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. I was disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered - a chicken kebab and chips, which cost me ten pounds.

Food came after over 1 hour and came cold. Only thing they could say is wait another 20 minutes and we'll send you hot food! What a waste of time! Sent it back
