Subway - Black River Falls

Placed online order and staff didn’t honor my place in the queue. Had to stand in line to get my order. Staff wouldn’t cancel order. Will not use app again. Will try other sandwich shops for online ordering next time.

I stopped here on two different occasions. Both times the staff was incredibly rude. The food was aged, and they didn't have what I wanted. Will not return.

Usually I like the subway products and service; however today we stopped at the gas station over black river falls , and the service was so rude, and no polite at all. Food is always tasting good .

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The lettuce was yellow and brown, the meat tasted odd. On top of that the bathroom was gross and the atmosphere was trashy.

Fantastic experience! We called to see if they could make two platters right away…normally Subway requires 12 hour notice. They were willing to make them and have them ready in 20 min!!! They were amazing.
