Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a horrible experience here, I went in there like I usually would and a girl that never makes my sandwiches for me and my partner decided that she was going to make the sandwiches. I'm thinking give benefit of the doubt, but no as soon as she starts dressing the first sandwich with a bad attitude) throwing the ingredients on the sandwich making it very unproportionate. So I asked her to add an ingredient and a different one as well to even out the mess she was making and she used the bottom of the cucumbers and was just not even caring about the sandwich. So then when she started to wrap the sandwich my tomato slice slid completely off and I asked her if she noticed that it came out, then she lied and told me it didn't and proceeded to open the wrapping and the tomatoe was out of the sandwich so, what does she do? She shoves it literally shoves it into the sandwich.. so for my next sandwich I asked if I could have the other lady dress it for me and then the customers behind me start cussing me out and telling me to leave the girl alone after I told the next worker who did amazingly, like she always does) how much I appreciated the fact she cared and was thankful for her doing her job right. So then a man and his wife are cussing me and calling me names. ALL BECAUSE I expect my sandwich to be made correctly and well Proportion!!! So the girl that did horrible her name is kayla M. Horrible customer service. I'm going to be calling Corp.

11-08-2023I had an absolutely terrible experience at Subway. I can't express how disappointed I am with the overall service I received. It was a series of unfortunate events that made my visit to Subway a complete nightmare.First and foremost, the customer service was shockingly bad. I walked in, and there were two young employees working. They both seemed disinterested and were not at all welcoming. It's as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order. A simple smile or a greeting would have gone a long way, but they couldn't even muster that.To make matters worse, they had run out of ingredients. When I asked for olives, they informed me that they had run out. I was quite surprised, because Subway is known for its fresh ingredients. They grudgingly agreed to make more but did so with a visible attitude problem.This is where the lack of customer service skills really became evident. They were openly disgruntled about having to restock the ingredients, and their impatience was palpable. It's not like I was asking for something outrageous; I just wanted a sandwich with the ingredients that were supposed to be available. It's their job to provide that.I couldn't help but feel like I was a burden to them, and that's not how a customer should be treated. I left Subway feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's clear that these employees need proper training on how to interact with customers and how to maintain a well-stocked store.In summary, my experience at Subway was dreadful. The lack of customer service skills, the attitude of the employees, and the fact that they ran out of ingredients make this one-star review well-deserved. Subway should seriously reconsider its staffing and training procedures to ensure that customers don't have to endure such unpleasant experiences.

Stopped on the way through. The crew was effective and nothing went wrong on my sandwhich, however I must caution against the GIANT potholes all over the parking lot.
