What used to be a quaint little pub in a nice little town has been upgraded to fit into the noosa life style, prices for food have gone the same way . we are cooroy not hastings street...saying that still nice cold beer and nice food, only the cost prevents me from going there.
I want to know only one thing.... how can you justify your menu prices ???????Caesar salad plus chicken $23 .... a bowl of cos lettuce with mayo and 2 very small over cooked chicken skewers For what I received I could have made at home for under 3 dollars , plus the chicken would not have been over cooked Pizza $23 ..... would have enjoyed a frozen $4 pizza from Woolworths more.... 23 DOLLARS WHAT??????????? WHAT??????? I don't understand the crappness for the price?? CRAPIn fact , you guys should just take pizza off the menu ,.. I guaranty you are loosing more and more customers each day by having them on the menu....... ****!! ****!! ****!! Management you need to fix that kitchen because the food is **** .
With 2 friends, we visited the Cooroy Hotel for the first time in many years. The "special" lunches ($15 each) were better than good and the service was also quite good. Since we had last been there, they have undertaken a fairly major refurbishment which adds to the experience. Of course, there is always room for improvement as in every thing we do.
Pretty standard pub menu with standard prices. However, the pizza was undercooked and the burgers burnt! It may have just been a bad night in the kitchen as the dining room was busy - obviously a popular spot! Kids room available, very clean and we liked the addition of a gelato bar and French pastries for dessert. Very clean.
