We dine at Roxy regularly when in Blackhawk and almost always have an outstanding dining experience, however this time was a letdown. There was inconsistencies in how our steaks were prepared. Stacey was our server and she went over and above to try to save the dinnrr for us
It was our anniversary. We celebrated with great food and Hairo, our server, was the nicest. We will come back again
I have never had a bad meal. I do wish they had a pasta dish or a nightly special
Overall poor experience. Table of very slow, multiple mistakes, wrong orders. Ordered bottle of wineit was just sat on table no presentation whatsoever. Delmonico steak overcooked, poorly seasoned and not a very good cut. Overcharged on bill. Sat with all dirty plates on table for minutes. Server was nice but way too busy. Likely understaffed. For a prime steakhouse this was the worst I’ve had. Management should not fully book if understaffed, period. Will not eat there again
