The owner is a very nice friendly man. Great coffee. Their biscuit and gravy is the best, their breakfast burrito is worth a detour.

Super cute coffee shop! Great pastries and great coffee, employees were nice. Definitely worth stopping by if your in the area.

The Mountain Mocha was on point! Perfect blend of sweet/bitter with chocolate complementing the flavor but not overpowering it.The vegetarian burrito was also delicious! Rich and tasty, with many choices of hot sauces if you like a little zest. The quality of the bread was notable, making you feel satisfied and full but not bloated. They also had a bunch of high quality small batch products in the store that I wanted to buy (such as the first-pressed olive oil). The staff was really friendly and the shop itself had a very homey vibe. Would definitely come back whenever I visit again!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian burrito was one of best I’ve had!

Stopped here for breakfast before a hike and it hit the spot! Not only was the food delicious, the service we received was excellent and everything was ready super quickly. We powered through our hike with energy to spare! Definitely going to be coming back the next time I'm in Black Hawk.

Last day on vacation we decided to try the Bean and Cream. Fire. We opted for the casino buffets other mornings and I wish I'd have visited here sooner. The biscuits and gravy were home made and amazing. My Carmel macchiato was on point. It smelled so amazing when I got it that i forgot to take pics. Lol. Very good place, very nice staff, will be back.
