Papa John's - Blaby

We ordered Papa John's vegan pizza for the second time and they have never disappointed us! The delivery service is incredibly fast. They are doing a fantastic job with their vegan pizza selection, which is quite impressive. The pizzas taste amazing, and I would definitely recommend trying the vegan stuffed crust as well!

I thought that on a busy Saturday night, the restaurant might be swamped, but when my food arrived, it tasted like it had been made the day before or a few hours ago, to be honest. It seemed like they had just given me leftovers. The pizza was overcooked and my side dish was lukewarm. It was the worst experience ever, and I will never order from this Papa John's again. All of this happened while I was on the phone trying to follow up on my order, which I had requested for delivery ASAP. When I called, they told me I would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. I was baffled, as most pizza companies deliver within 30 minutes, offering vouchers for future orders if they are late. However, I was charged twice for my order by Papa John's. I suggest avoiding ordering from them. If you're craving Papa John's, it's worth driving to the Oadby location instead. I apologize for sharing my bad experience, but I urge you to steer clear of this particular branch.

I placed an order through the Just Eat app, but my order was 20 minutes late with no update. I called the restaurant and the person on the phone insisted that there was no order from me and that I had the wrong place. After some back and forth, he finally found my order on the system and said it would be another half an hour. In total, I waited 2 hours for just one pizza, which was unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Always on time always hot and fresh . A great selection .Not enough offers on all the time like others do

The customer service was amazing, the food was warm and delicious, I also did not have to wait long, I will be visiting again!
