Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Leicester

We ordered a bacon double burger and a dirty hotdog, both of which were delicious. The staff member who served us was excellent as well - very friendly and helpful.

This restaurant is a wonderful place to dine. Although we had to wait 10 minutes for a table since we didn't have a reservation and it was busy, it was no problem at all. We were promptly seated and attended to right away. Our food arrived quickly, starting with the delicious starters followed by the mains. The portion sizes were generous for the price and we left feeling completely satisfied. The food tasted amazing too! We will definitely come back to this restaurant.

I only come to this restaurant occasionally for family events, but after this experience, I will not be returning. It was a family birthday celebration, and we requested to pay individually instead of as a group. The waiters initially struggled to understand this, but eventually accommodated our request. The food was subpar with limited options and was overpriced for the quality we received. When asking for the bill, we mentioned a student discount for one bill and a military discount for another. However, the waiter took my phone without permission and began looking through it with his manager. I had to intervene and explain that this invasion of privacy was inappropriate. The waiter also struggled to keep track of our orders, constantly returning to confirm what we had ordered despite it being under our names. Overall, the poor service, lack of communication, and overall disorganization left a negative impression on my family. I have no plans to return to this restaurant, even for special occasions.

Despite the pleasant atmosphere and clean surroundings, our experience at Frankie Benny’s was overshadowed by disappointing service. While the haloomi chicken burger received positive feedback from the companion with me, we found ourselves waiting for about 10 minutes before a staff member appeared to be seen. This delay was not unique to only us as a few other customers were also left waiting to be greeted and seated. While the ambiance was enjoyable, the lack of attentive service detracted from our overall experience. Additionally, expanding the selection of main dish vegetarian options would be a welcome improvement.

Just had stacks uber eats , awesome.. never leave reviews.. you guys deserve it same as photos, I live far away .. Good as restaurant..excellent
