Aioo is his greeting! opens the farm for us and prepares a typical appetizer that had no end. cold cuts, cheeses, pancakes, strawberries and rope all accompanied by carasau bread. as first ravioli and macvheroni busa with tomato sauce. and to finish pork and lamb with potatoes. if you want to get the Sardinian flavors I highly recommend you.
We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock, without reservation and were sitting immediately and with gnade. as with all agriturismos there are no menus, eating only begins to come. teller after delicious teller of locally produced were made from prosciutto, fresh ricotta,...Pecorino and parmesan, teller of homemade pasta in a tomato sauce, then the absorbent swan, and after lunch drinks from mirto, limoncello or aquavite. the gassing friendship with gracious smiles never stops, nor does it eat. I'd eat here again and again. Thank you.
We found this place with a coincidence during our bike tour through sardegna. we have a very tasty traditional Italian lunch with tons starters not only the food was good, but also the hospitality of the owners was exceptional. we received a very...warm reception and had fun talks during lunch. thanks for this beautiful experience.
We were introduced to the hosts by our neighbour in Belgium. We arrived in a wonderful environment. Away from stress. In the middle of nature. The diner and breakfast we had at the farm was all self-made: delicious. The room was very nice. And surprisingly,...when surrounded by so many annimals, so quite. Certainly an address to recommend.
Our motorcycle tour group ran a ahead of time today, so we by-passed the planned stop and found this place a bit later on. They were happy to provide lunch for us, and had local antipasto on the table within about 15 minutes excellent...sliced meats, olives and cheeses (some from their own sheep milk). Then ravioli, and later a local sweet pie with lemon and cheese. The service was excellent!
