Bernsteinvilla - Bitterfeld-Wolfen

Again we are at the villa for dinner. The whole staff is super friendly and the table is found. The food is once again an anger from the cook and his team gets 5 of us. The restaurant is highly recommended, the whole ambience fits.

Today again in the restaurant and as always very pleasantly greeted, our table is fed back on the terrace and super tasty. This time an Argentine beef steak with teasing supplement that has tasted very good to me. The cook gets a 5 . All freshly prepared and delicious. They went home very happy. Must also say the house is a beautiful event that you should see.

We were at 4 for dinner. We had reserved and got a table on the terrace. During our visit were cattle fillet weeks. We ordered all 4 bovine fillets in different variations. Al forno, teriyaki, cognac pebbles and mushroom sauce. Portions were more than sufficient. Cattle fillet was more than 220grams. All were fried medium. For dessert, we had chocolate variations and cream broule. It was delicious. As a wine we chose the Green Silvaner. In addition, Aperol spray, Southern comfort and regional beer. Operation very attentive. Come back.

The brunch is very, very good. Great service and beautiful ambience.
