Everything pastry, tea, coffee, omelette, soft drink, beer etc. Well located and easily accessible.

Coffee is bad. Baristas have no idea about dosage, tamping (they often don't bother), pours or stretching the milk. The machine is not clean, coffee is exposed to the air, dosage by teaspoons rather than weight or counted measure. Comfortable enough place to sit and bakery items are tasty. Hot meals that I tried were dry and uninspiring. Chicken served with cold chips. Customer service is somewhat friendly but severely lacking. Most of the time you are ignored at the table which is potential loss of extra sales. This applies whether the place is empty or full. I've been at least 20 minutes waiting to order something else. All of this could be rectified with training . (Contact me) Surprisingly, this appears to be a popular watering hole with locals and visitors alike.
