Wendy's - Bismarck

I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The service was terrible. We waited for 20 minutes, and because the staff was rude and the atmosphere was uncomfortable, we ended up leaving. The silence was awkward, and it was clear they didn't know how to handle the situation.

This is definitely one of the worst Wendy's locations I've ever visited. To start, the menu displayed outside doesn't match what they actually charge. None of the four burgers we ordered were correct. The fries were cold, even though it was only 12:30 in the afternoon. Unfortunately, this location is the closest to the interstate, so we ended up getting taken advantage of. For instance, I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with only ketchup, and it arrived without bacon, cheese, or ketchup. Quite strange...

Awful experience. I didn't even touch the fries, as you can see they were barely half full. I ended up throwing away half of the sandwich. She didn't eat anything at all and opted for a can of soup instead. It was certainly not what we expected from the pictures. The Baconator arrived without any bacon. After doing plenty of takeout over the past couple of weeks, I can confidently say that Wendy's was by far the worst.

Worst customer service ever. Person taking our order seemed like he had better places to be and was annoyed by our questions on menu items. Food was over salted and/or sauces leaking out everywhere. Beverages were flat and gross tasting.

Our family rolled into the drive-thru as those people who are minutes before closing with 3 hungry children under 9 and not quite sure that Google lists the right hours. Ani was absolutely incredible and made our evening, engaged with our children and made us welcome even though we had an order for 5 so close to midnight. The rest of the staff was friendly and understanding! Amazing customer service all around.
