Taco John's - Bismarck

The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. My server, Jasper, attended to me promptly. Before I even asked for a key to the bathroom, he had it ready for me. My order was accurate. The only downside I experienced wasn't related to the restaurant or its staff; the burrito I ordered had a lot of tortilla, which isn’t how I remember them tasting.

The staff here puts in incredible effort, regardless of whether they are short-handed or fully staffed. They are really friendly, and you can tell how hard these young people work. The food is excellent; they add just the right amount of lettuce so you can actually taste it, and they always greet you with a smile at the window. I really appreciate that. Fast food can be a stressful job, just like rushing around town to grab a bite between work commitments. I’m grateful for the good teamwork here. Thank you!

I initially went to the restaurant, placed my order, and when I arrived at the window, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. Thankfully, I was able to return and pick up my order. However, the Oles were cold, and the hardshell tacos were mushy from the meat. I appreciate being allowed to reorder, but next time, please make it fresh!

Best Taco John's in the area as long as the manager has a good crew working. Jody is an amazing manager. When things are on ball the food here is great.

Always clean friendly good service! Only fast food I go to.
